Services & Pricing

What I Do.
What It Costs.
What You Get.

No packages with clever names. No hidden fees. Here's exactly what each service includes and what it typically costs for a small Wisconsin manufacturer.

Three Services

Plain Language. Real Pricing.

Most manufacturers need one of these three things. Sometimes all three, in sequence. The audit tells us where to start.

Why These Numbers

Pricing Rationale

Manufacturers appreciate knowing why something costs what it costs. Here's my thinking on each tier.

Website Build
[PRICING]
The realistic floor for a professional WordPress build that actually serves a manufacturer — not a template swap, a real capabilities-focused site. Below this range you attract clients who grind on scope. Above it, you need a portfolio that justifies it. Starting here is the right call.
Monthly Management
[PRICING]/mo
For less than the cost of one hour of unplanned downtime, your website is always current, always secure, and always selling for you. The lower end gets you in the door. As results show, the rate adjusts. I don't lock you into the high end before you've seen the value.
Full Digital Presence
[PRICING]/mo
This tier is for clients who've already seen results from Monthly Management and want more reach. I don't pitch it upfront — if the numbers are moving after 3–6 months, we'll talk about what else makes sense. Earn the higher tier; don't assume it.
Common Questions

Before You Decide

Can I get just the build without monthly management?+
Yes. But in my experience, sites without ongoing management deteriorate within 18 months. The audit I do on your current site probably shows what happens when that maintenance gap opens up. I'll mention it, but I won't pressure you.
What platform do you build on?+
WordPress. It's the right call for small manufacturers — you could hand it to someone else if you needed to, the plugin ecosystem is mature, and I can maintain it efficiently. I build on Kadence or GeneratePress — fast, clean, no bloat. Never Divi or Elementor — vendor lock-in risk.
Is hosting included?+
No, but I'll set it up and manage it as part of the relationship. Expect $20–$30/month for managed WordPress hosting appropriate for a manufacturer site this size. I'll recommend the right host — you pay the bill directly, you own the account.
Can you work with my existing site?+
Depends what's there. The free audit tells us whether to rebuild or maintain what you have. If the bones are good, maintenance is the right move. If it's beyond saving — outdated platform, no mobile support, broken forms — a rebuild is cheaper in the long run.
Do you do Google Ads?+
Not currently. I focus on organic presence, local SEO, and Google Business — the channels that deliver steady results without a monthly ad budget. A misconfigured Google Ads campaign burns money fast. If you need paid search, I can point you to someone who does it well.
What if I want to stop the retainer?+
After the initial 90-day engagement, it's month-to-month. Give me 30 days notice and I hand everything over cleanly — your domain, hosting account, WordPress login, all of it. You own everything. No hostage situations.
